The Hospitality Barn is an exceptional work of craftsmanship, preservation, and restoration. This historic dairy barn structure was built by well-known Islander, Felix Gabelein, in 1943.
 
It is stick-framed with traditional drop siding and a magnificent open ceiling showcasing the rafters and reclaimed and reused wood from the barn’s old walls. The old hayloft and milking parlor have been replaced by a 40x40 heated gathering space, industry kitchen, and two bathrooms. Two patios adjoin the barn; one on either side.
Dancing Fish Vineyards - Barn Chandelier
Huge chandeliers, repurposed from old marine cable spools by a local artist, hang from patina structural steel cross beams, casting light down upon an event floor that can accommodate over 100 standing guests, or a sit-down dinner for 80.  The interior was renovated for excellent acoustics, so the musical features of your event sound great!

The full service kitchen is complete with butcher block prep areas, dishwasher, commercial refrigeration, gas oven, stove top, a three-bay stainless steel sink, bakers racks, and a professional ice maker to meet any and all of your preparation needs. 
 
Beautiful custom barn doors lead out to two large patios.  One faces the Farmhouse, while the other peers over the rolling hills of the vineyard Madeline Angevine, Burmunk, Pinot Noir and Siegerrebe vineyard.
 
Within steps of the Winery, Barrel and Tasting Rooms, the gardens, fire pit and an open-air Loafing Shed - complete with farm table and chandelier - are nearby for your added enjoyment.
